724transfer4you.com SUPPLIER SERVICE LICENSE AGREEMENT
1. Parties and Definitions
This agreement has been concluded between Rmk Trendy, operating at Austria / Vienna (hereinafter referred to as "724transfer4you.com") and the natural or legal person supplier providing transfer services through 724transfer4you.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier").
724transfer4you.com operates as an intermediary platform between the customer and the supplier and does not directly provide transportation services.
724transfer4you.com carries out digital marketing activities, social media advertising, and international agency operations for the purpose of platform growth and increasing reservation volume. In this context, it operates actively in various markets, particularly in Austria, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
724transfer4you.com aims to establish long-term business partnerships with its suppliers and intends to develop platform growth in parallel with the increase in supplier earnings.
2. Service Operation
724transfer4you.com publishes customer reservations through the system.
Suppliers view all incoming reservations through the panel and confirm the reservation(s) they find suitable.
Once a reservation is confirmed by the supplier, all operational responsibility passes to the supplier.
The supplier is obligated to fully enter the requested information in the form that appears during confirmation; this information includes the driver's full name, phone number, and WhatsApp number, which will be sent to the customer.
3. Payment and Commission
The customer pays the specified amount to 724transfer4you.com as a prepayment at the time of reservation.
The prepayment amount is the service commission of 724transfer4you.com, and commission rates are determined according to market conditions.
The remaining portion of the transfer fee belonging to the supplier is presented to suppliers as a reservation offer in the reservation panel they use.
The supplier collects the valid transfer price on the accepted reservation offers from the customer in cash or credit card during the transfer.
724transfer4you.com only collects commission; it assumes no collection or responsibility for the remaining portion of the transfer fee.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
For cancellations made more than 3 hours before the transfer time, a full refund is provided.
This refund is for the amount of the prepayment made by the customer.
For cancellations made less than 3 hours before the transfer time, no refund is provided.
In case of cancellation, according to the payment model specified in Article 3, the supplier does not receive any payment and does not make any refund. If a refund is required, 724transfer4you.com only refunds the prepayment amount collected.
724transfer4you.com is obligated to notify the supplier of cancellations as soon as possible.
5. Responsibilities
In the event of accidents, delays, or customer complaints, all operational responsibility belongs to the supplier, provided that 724transfer4you.com has provided accurate and complete information.
The customer is responsible for all issues arising from incorrectly entered information.
6. Vehicle and Driver Standards
Vehicles must be in compliance with national and local legislation, licensed, and roadworthy.
Vehicle categories: Economy Sedan, Premium Sedan, Economy Van, Premium Van, and Minibus.
The supplier is obligated to employ drivers with appropriate qualifications.
Drivers must: be dressed in clean and well-maintained clothing; be well-groomed; have at least basic foreign language skills; and behave politely, courteously, and professionally toward customers.
7. Delays and Complaints
In case of delay, the supplier will be warned.
In case of excessive delay, an alternative vehicle will be attempted to be provided if the customer reports it.
If customer complaints are repeated three times, the supplier's system access will be terminated.
If the supplier bypasses the system externally or causes the customer to miss their flight due to their own operational errors, the supplier is responsible for all of the following costs: new flight ticket, accommodation expenses, food and beverage expenses, and new transfer expenses.
The supplier's redirecting the customer outside the platform or disabling the system is considered a serious violation.
Competent court: Austria / Vienna.
8. Operational Obligations
The supplier is obligated to fulfill all accepted reservations completely and on time.
9. Risky Customer Situations
If the customer's behavior endangers the transfer (alcohol, drugs, aggressive behavior, etc.): the supplier immediately contacts 724transfer4you.com, clearly reports the situation, and has the right not to perform the transfer if necessary.
In this case, 724transfer4you.com protects the supplier and the supplier is not held responsible for any damages that may arise.
10. Service Area
The supplier agrees to provide service in the previously declared regions.
Penalties will be applied if the supplier fails to provide service in the declared regions or disrupts the service.
11. Service Quality
The supplier is obligated to ensure customer satisfaction.
12. Reservation Management
The supplier cannot cancel confirmed reservations; in case of necessity, immediate notification is required.
13. Communication
The supplier is obligated to communicate with the customer in a timely and accurate manner.
14. Subcontractor
The supplier may delegate the service, but all responsibility remains with the supplier.
15. Additional Services
The supplier is obligated to provide requested additional services.
16. Insurance
The supplier must have all necessary insurance for passenger transportation.
All damages arising from lack of insurance belong to the supplier.
17. Legal Compliance
The supplier is obligated to comply with all legal regulations.
18. Data Protection (GDPR)
The supplier may only use customer data for service purposes.
Data cannot be shared with third parties, and compliance with European Union data protection regulations (GDPR) is mandatory.
19. Data Accuracy
The supplier is responsible for the accuracy of all information entered into the system.
20. System Usage
Misuse of the platform is prohibited.
21. Breach of Contract
In case of breach, 724transfer4you.com may remove the supplier from the system and activate penalties in proportion to the damage caused by the breach.
724transfer4you.com reserves the right to demand compensation for damages incurred.
In this case, the courts of Austria / Vienna have sole jurisdiction.
22. Force Majeure
Natural disasters, severe weather conditions, traffic accidents, official authority decisions, strikes, war, terrorist events, flight cancellations, and other situations beyond the control of the parties are considered force majeure.
724transfer4you.com cannot be held responsible in such situations.
23. Contract Modification and Termination
724transfer4you.com reserves the right to unilaterally modify the contract terms and terminate the contract when necessary.
24. Effectiveness
The supplier is deemed to have accepted this agreement by selecting the option "I have read and accept the 724transfer4you.com Service License Agreement."
